Audio-Technica Black Lives Matter Statement

Stow, Ohio, United States
English
Audio-Technica Logo

It’s hard to imagine what modern music would be without the past and present contributions of Black musicians. As an audio company, we recognize our special obligation to fight racism and promote equity for Black people.

As part of our efforts we are committed to supporting organizations that lift Black voices in the music industry through education, funding and other initiatives. Audio-Technica currently sponsors Notes for Notes and Playing for Change, however we realize that this is only a beginning. We also recognize the reach we have as a leader in the industry, and we pledge to use our platform to amplify the work of Black artists, producers and engineers.

We are always listening to you, our partners – our community – and we want to work with you all to build a safer world that’s free from racial discrimination and disparities.
