Fender Musical Instruments Corp. Appoints Eric Spitzer As Vice President Of The Fender® Accessory Division
Spitzer will join Fender on Mon., Nov. 1 and oversee the development of all Fender-branded accessory products. He will be relocating to FMIC’s Ontario, Calif. facility.
Spitzer is a music industry veteran who got his start working in his dad’s music store in 1971, and began working full-time in music in 1980. During his long and distinguished career at Guitar Center he held a number of increasingly responsible roles including Vice President of Merchandise. Most recently Eric ran the Purchasing department at Sam Ash.
