Plug & Rock With USB-Guitars: Behringer [ IFA 2007 ]
“Since we have twenty years of pro-audio experience and even produce our own guitars, we have both the audio technology and guitar expertise to design a wide range of products for innovative guitarists. To create a truly unique package, we partnered with emulation software leader Native Instruments. All of our guitar-to-USB products are bundled with GUITAR COMBOS BEHRINGER Edition, which includes three smashing emulations of the amplifiers that made rock history, further enhanced by some rather stunning recording and practicing features,” commented Jan on BEHRINGER’s guitar-to-USB products on display at IFA in Berlin from August 31 to September 5 2007.
“Since its launch a year ago, the iAXE393 USB-Guitar has become an incredible success and is BEHRINGER’s top seller worldwide. This iPod generation inspired guitar gets its screaming tone from three single-coil pickups and 5-way switching—and of course it sports our ultra-low latency USB module. A built-in connector allows you to plug your headphones straight into the guitar, so you can jam along with your favorite band.
We are also introducing the iAXE624 CENTARI, which features a 22-fret maple neck and a vintage vibrato bridge. Of course, all iAXE USB-Guitars can also be played through conventional amps.”
“Lastly, for those who are eager to plug their own instruments into their laptop, we created the UCG102 Guitar Link, an extremely handy USB instrument interface, which also includes the GUITAR COMBOS BEHRINGER Edition. Now for about the price of a concert ticket, you can connect your own guitar to your computer via USB.”
“Come try the Behringer guitar-to-USB products at booth 102 in hall 11.1. You’ll see why we call it—Plug & Rock!” encourages Jan.
