Blout will be responsible for the management and coordination for the inside domestic sales team, as well as handling Key Accounts and US Distribution.
A graduate of Berklee College of Music, Jay first joined Fishman in 1999 and has held various positions throughout the company including Sound Room Techni-cian, Sales Associate and most recently, Regional Account Manager.
As Customer Support Supervisor, Padellaro will be responsible for creating and implementing customer support policy for all Fishman customers, including manufacturers, distributors and end users.
Frank brings 15 years of experience as a professional musical instrument tech-nician and a strong background in retail MI sales to his supervisory position in the Fishman Customer Support department. He has been working with Fishman since January of 2006 as a Customer Service Representative.
