In this new position, Knowles will implement Graph Tech’s new dealer and distributor programs which will enhance customer service and improve product knowledge in the dealers” front lines. Knowles will work with Graph Tech’s dealers and distributors around the world drawing on his exceptional customer service experience.
As Lead Designer and Product Engineer, Mark Vidal will lead Graph Tech’s ongoing research and development efforts to enhance current products as well as develop new technologies and products to help inspire and improve the guitar playing experience. Vidal has more than 14 years of experience combined in industrial design, product development, architecture, prototyping, retail consulting, business development and marketing.
