12 January 2007 — Schecter Guitar is proud to announce the addition of the Jeff Loomis 7-String to their growing list of Signature Models.
Designed by the Nevermore guitarist, this extended scale 7-String features an Ash body with a set-in 26.5” scale rock maple neck. The UltraAccess contour provides playability all the way up to the 24th jumbo fret. The maple fingerboard is emblazoned with black metal cross inlays.
To deliver all of the precise attack, tone, and sonic definition Jeff requires, the guitar is armed with dual EMG Active 707 humbuckers. To add to Jeff’s tasteful guitar torture, an Original Floyd Rose 7-String tremolo is included for precise tuning, even under heavy dive-bombing!
The Jeff Loomis Model is available in Vampyre Red Satin (VRS) with Black Hardware.
