Schecter 2007 Aviation Collection: Ultra “F-117 Stealth” and Tempest “A-10 Warthog” [ Winter NAMM 2007 ]

12 January 2007 — In continuing Schecter’s playing tribute to famed USA military aircraft, two new additions to the popular “Aviation Collection” will debut at Winter NAMM: the Ultra “F-117 Stealth” and the Tempest “A-10 Warthog” limited editions.

The Stealth is finished in a radar-resistant Satin Black. A 25½″ scale neck is bolted-on to a contoured Mahogany body with a single USAF “Stars and Bars” inlay at the 12th fret. Dual matte-black covered Schecter Alnico Plus humbuckers, black metal pickguard, Grover tuners and Black Chrome hardware are standard issue.

The Warthog’s Mahogany body is finished in Desert Camo with a 25½″ scale bolt-on neck. The rosewood fingerboard is inlaid with crème dots and USAF “Stars and Bars” at the 12th fret. The Warthog is armed with dual Schecter Alnico Plus humbuckers with specially designed “gatling gun” covers! Combat graphics, aged hardware and an armored pickguard complete the guitar’s battle-ready appearance.
