English
1 February 2007 — Marco Minnemann’s highly anticipated DVD entitled “The Marco Show” is now available. The feature-packed, performance-driven title includes a Buddy Rich tribute performance by the Marco Minnemann big band, several of Marco’s brand new compositions performed by the trio of Mike Keneally, Bryan Beller and Marco himself, plus instructional insight into Marco’s extreme independence and masterful technique. All of the action is captured via crisp multi-angle high-definition cameras, and a special bonus feature allows viewers to select only the fixed “footcam” or overhead angle for more detailed viewing.

Among the many other bonus features on the DVD is a special section of performance material filmed at The Sarriod de la Tour castle high in the Italian Alps. There, Marco guides viewers on a tour of the unique location and performs some of his latest songs. Also included is a backstage section, photo gallery, detailed diagram of his latest custom drum kit and big band set-up, and drum solo commentary. With over an hour of drum solos in all, “The Marco Show” is an ample demonstration of the drummer’s awe-inspiring technical proficiency.

The Marco Show retails for $39.95 and is available now at authorized DW DVD retailers and online at www.dwdrums.com. Running time is 90 minutes with 128 minutes of total content and the disc is encoded for all regions around the world.
