Framus Vintage Guitars get Their Own Homepage

United States
7 february 2007 — In the middle of January 2007 Framus Vintage went online with his entire vintage web archive under www.framus-vintage.de and continues what has begun with the Framus vintage section at the Framus homepage. Temporarily it will run only in German but after a short time also in English.

In the future you will find a comprehensive list and presentations of all models, which were manufactured by Framus in the time-frame between 1946 and 1976, on this new platform. However, not only instruments will be shown, you also will find information of musicians and stories from the time of the Framus Factories Bubenreuth. The variety of instruments manufactured by Framus is not completely finished yet, hence this online archive will be extended and completed by and by.

The new internet-presence will give you a first taste of the Framus museum currently under construction, which will be opened by July 2007. Until then — and also thereafter — Framus hopes to get lots of support and want to thank all collectors and interested people hereby, who contributed to this unique project in Germany so far, which gets to its preliminary summit through the new Framus vintage homepage.
