BEHRINGER International GmbH, Willich, Germany — January 18, 2007 — BEHRINGER unveils, at the NAMM Show 2007, SONIC ULTRAMIZER SU9920 and SONIC EXCITER SX3040, two new professional sound enhancement processors designed for frequency extension and processing.

SONIC ULTRAMIZER SU9920 stereo sound enhancement processor is ideal for home recording studios, DJ systems, keyboard racks, web-casting plus 5.1 and hi-fi setups. It improves an existing system’s sound quality by enhancing definition and dimension of music. Low contour and process controls bring about better harmonic enhancement and phase compensation, giving you better sound enhancement. It also comes with accurate 5-segment LED level meters for optimum performance.

SONIC EXCITER SX3040 stereo sound enhancement processor is great for providing increased clarity and punchy bottom end to a sound system. It improves the natural brightness through harmonic enhancement and adds density to the low frequencies through phase compensation.

SONIC EXCITER SX3040 features include:

  • Tune, Harmonics and Mix controls per channel on the Sonic Exciter section
  • Drive, Tune and Mix controls per channel on the Bass Processor section
