Soundhack Macintosh Spectral Audio Processing Software Universal Binary Imminent

United States
12 November 2006 — An announcement from Tom Erbe, developer of SoundHack, as issued on the SoundHack mailing list :

I just wanted to send a note out (since many have asked) to say that I am well on the way to making a universal binary of SoundHack. I made a lot of progress while at the ICMC (thanks Tae Hong!), and I expect a release as early as Thanksgiving, as late as Christmas. This will be version 0.895, and will have a few other bug fixes relating to the sound i/o, and possibly a faster FFT (if it doesn’t affect the sound). It will run only on Mac OS X 10.4 and above.

Best, Tom Erbe
